Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@vibrance.space. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item is defective or there was an error on our end during order processing, you will not be charged a restocking fee. You may choose either a full refund or an exchange for a new item.

Returns by Customer Preference

Because all of our products are made to order specifically for each customer, returns that are not due to defects or mistakes on our part are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This applies to returns requested solely due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing (if ordered as listed), or any reason not related to a product defect or fulfillment error.

Shipping Disclaimer

Please note that estimated delivery dates for both Premium and Standard shipping options are not guaranteed. These are approximate timeframes provided by the shipping carriers. Delays may occur that are beyond our control, particularly due to the carrier’s operations or logistics issues.

If your package has already been shipped and is in transit, we are unfortunately unable to begin a return or exchange process until you have received the item. Once the product is delivered, you may proceed with the return or exchange according to our return policy.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
